SUPP to soldier on despite losing two seats

KUCHING: Despite the bitter disappointment over losing two traditional seats to other Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) component parties, Sarawak United Peoples’ Party (SUPP) wants its supporters to soldier on and campaign for victory.

SUPP president Datuk Seri Dr Sim Kui Hian said he only found out that Progressive Democratic Party (PDP) president Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing was to be fielded in the Dudong seat as the GPS candidate 24 hours before the announcement.
