PETALING JAYA: Freezing fish caught from the sea during periods of abundance is the way forward to balance days of surplus with scarcity, says Fisheries Development Authority of Malaysia (LKIM) chairman Datuk Syed Abu Hussin Syed Abdul Fasal.
Creating a fish buffer stock, he said, is the way to go to ensure a stable price for fish caught.
