KOTA TINGGI: Businessman Timmers Tan always gets anxious when it rains heavily as he has bad memories of severe flooding here during the monsoon season.
The 43-year-old cafe operator said in January this year, his premises was flooded due to heavy rain brought about by the monsoon.
