Marriage rites for Hindus and Christians allowed from Saturday

PUTRAJAYA: Hindu and Christian marriage rites will soon be allowed in further relaxations under the National Recovery Plan (NRP).

Senior Minister (Security) Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein said from this Saturday, Hindu communities would be able to carry out the thaali-tying wedding ritual in temples.
