Supercentenarians attribute good health to fasting

MACHANG: Two siblings, both of whom are more than a century old, believe that their practice of fasting for three consecutive months before Ramadan is the reason for their longevity.

Sisters Munah Yunus, who claims to be 115, and Pah Yunus, 111, said they were grateful to be blessed with good health although their movements were limited due to back injuries.
