Court dismisses animal rights activist's leave application for judicial review of MDCH's decision


KUANTAN (Bernama): The Temerloh High Court on Monday (Aug 23) dismissed a leave application by an animal activist for a judicial review of a decision by the Cameron Highlands District Council (MDCH) to carry out a project to capture stray dogs.

Lawyer Rajesh Nagarajan, representing T. Puspa Rani, when contacted, said the decision was made by Judicial Commissioner Roslan Mat Noor during an online proceeding.
