SEREMBAN: Negri Sembilan is ready to transition to Phase Two of the National Recovery Plan (NRP) as the number of daily Covid-19 positive cases and the use of Intensive Care Unit (ICU) beds continue to drop.
Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun said there was no time frame for the transition because the National Security Council (MKN) meetings scheduled for last week and this week were not held.
