Govt should clarify its stance on e-cigarettes with nicotine, say NGOs


PETALING JAYA: The government should make clear its stance on the sale of e-cigarettes containing nicotine, urge a coalition of 63 non-governmental organisations.

They said that the demand to regulate e-cigarettes would lend legitimacy to the industry, when currently any products containing nicotine are only meant to be sold by a licensed pharmacist under the Poisons Act 1952.
