Muhyiddin to deliver special address on Wednesday (Aug 4) at 12.30pm


PUTRAJAYA: Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin will be delivering a special address to the nation on Wednesday (Aug 4), 12.30pm.

His address will be televised live on RTM and other major television channels.

The Prime Minister earlier had an audience with the Yang di-Pertuan Agong at Istana Negara.

He is said to be on the way to the Prime Minister's Office after leaving Istana Negara at 11.50am.

On Tuesday, 11 lawmakers from Umno had retracted their support for the Perikatan Nasional government and Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin as Prime Minister and statutory declarations from them had been presented to the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
