SIBU (Bernama): The Royal Customs Department seized 27 containers of liquor and cigarettes with unpaid taxes from a ship in Sungai Rajang near here on July 20.
Speaking about the seizure, Sarawak Customs director Herman Shah Abdullah said that 369,672 litres of liquor and 16,852,000 cigarette sticks were worth more than RM2.5mil were seized and involved duty payments of RM13,388,684.38.
