REALISING the mental health strain brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic, actor Aidil Aziz cannot help but thank his lucky stars that he is going through the lockdown as a husband and family man, reported Kosmo!

The 34-year-old, who married popular actress Fasha Sandha in March 2019, expressed concerns over the increase in cases of suicide and depression nationwide, saying that being able to spend time with loved ones could help buffer the mental strain.

“Thankfully, I’m married. During this time, when we have to stay indoors, I could fill up my hours by spending quality time with my children and my wife and this helps to distract me from being too stressed during the lockdown.
