PETALING JAYA: The high rate of new Covid-19 cases seen recently could have been avoided if the National Security Council had imposed a total lockdown earlier, says Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi (pic).
“The total lockdown suggested is not forever, we only need it until we have successfully isolated and treated those who are infected, thus lowering the rate of infection,” he said.
