Man feared drowned after jumping off Penang Bridge


GEORGE TOWN: A man is feared to have drowned in an apparent suicide at the Penang Bridge.

A 38-second video clip shows several motorists stopping at the bridge to see the body of a man floating in the sea.

The man is believed to have abandoned his motorcycle on the Penang Bridge before leaping off it.

At press time, authorities have not released any official statement on the incident.
