KUALA LUMPUR: A man lodged a police report after not being allowed to take his wife for medical treatment out of an enhanced movement control order area at Bandar Baru Sentul.
Sentul OCPD Asst Comm Beh Eng Lai confirmed receiving a report on the incident on Monday (July 12).
