Congestion at ports will be reduced, says Dr Wee, welcomes NSC special approval

PETALING JAYA: The special approval granted by the National Security Council (NSC) to allow all activities concerning the transportation of non-essential goods for export and import purposes at enhanced movement control order areas will immediately reduce congestions at certain ports.

Transport Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong welcomed the NSC's approval for a special permission to permit all handling, receiving, loading and unloading activities of imported non-essential goods and cargo for export and import purposes in EMCO areas.
