Ismail Sabri clocks in for first day as Deputy Prime Minister

PUTRAJAYA: Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob (pic) has clocked in for his first day as Deputy Prime Minister.

He arrived at the Perdana Putra complex at 10am on Friday (July 9) and told the media that he has a packed schedule at the office.

"It will be a busy day for me today," he said.

The complex houses the office of the Prime Minister and the Deputy Prime Minister.

On Wednesday (July 7), Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin announced the appointment of Ismail Sabri as his deputy and Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein as a Senior Minister.
