PETALING JAYA: Malaysia's four-phase National Recovery Plan (NRP) sets targets for the country to gradually transition back to normal from the Covid-19 pandemic.

So far six states have shifted from Phase One to the more relaxed Phase Two: Kelantan, Pahang, Perak, Terengganu and Perlis on July 5, followed by Penang on July 7.
