GEORGE TOWN: The Penang state investiture ceremony to award honours and medals to mark the 72nd birthday of Yang di-Pertua Negri Tun Ahmad Fuzi Abdul Razak (pic) will be postponed.
State speaker Datuk Law Choo Kiang said this was following the National Recovery Plan announced by Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin on June 15.
