JOHOR BARU: A 12-year-old girl who was about to take a shower at home in Pasir Gudang here, slipped and got her left leg stuck in the toilet.

Pasir Gudang Fire and Rescue Department operations commander Iszahwati Supardi said they received an emergency call from the house in Taman Scientex at 7.38pm on Sunday (July 4).

“Our personnel tried to manoeuvre her leg out of the toilet by reaching into the toilet hole but could not do so.

“So we had no choice but to break open the toilet and cement around it with special tools.

“We managed to safely free her leg after around 40mins,” she said.

Iszahwati added that the victim was also given some minor medical treatment after that.
