Court proceedings for criminal cases allowed except in EMCO areas, says Ismail Sabri

PETALING JAYA: Court proceedings for criminal cases are allowed to operate during the First Phase of the National Recovery Plan (NRP), except in enhanced movement control order areas, says Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.

The Senior Minister said that proceedings for civil cases, including tribunal cases, are allowed to operate online including in enhanced MCO areas.
