KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): The Human Resources Ministry has issued a total of RM1.2mil in compound notices to factory operators and employers for flouting standard operating procedures (SOP) from June 1 to 24.
Minister Datuk Seri M. Saravanan said 1,175 SOP compliance checks have also been conducted since the Labour Department was given the power to issue compound notices against errant employers.
