ISKANDAR PUTERI: The manager of an unlicensed snooker centre in Taman Bukit Indah here has been slapped with a RM10,000 compound notice while nine others caught there during a police raid were found to have breached standard operating procedures (SOP).
Iskandar Puteri OCPD Asst Comm Dzulkhairi Mukhtar said the nine were issued compound notices of RM1,500 each after they were found playing snooker there at 10.15pm on Sunday (June 20).
