Opening of vaccination centre for the disabled in Bangi postponed due to Covid-19 cases


PUTRAJAYA (Bernama): The opening of the vaccination centre (PPV) designated for persons with disabilities (PwDs) at the Pusat Latihan Perindustrian dan Pemulihan (PLPP) Bangi, scheduled for June 21, has been postponed due to Covid-19 infection cases in the area.

The Social Welfare Department (JKM), in a statement on Saturday (June 19), said that the decision to postpone the opening of the PPV was made after further discussions with the district health office, to ensure safety and avoid the risk of Covid-19 infection.
