KOTA KINABALU: A 35-year-old Filipino man will be spending the next three weeks in jail after he was arrested for not wearing a face mask during an operation near here recently.
William Rudi pleaded guilty when charged with violating the Ministry of Health’s standard operating procedures at the Magistrate’s Court here.
