As the consort of Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah, Tunku Hajah Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah automatically assumed the title of Raja Permaisuri Agong when he became the Yang di-Pertuan Agong in 2019.
