KOTA KINABALU: Random checks on 469 customers across Sabah found they spent an average of 45 minutes at a business premises, says Sabah Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Ministry (DTCA) office.
State DTCA director Georgie Abas said they conducted the spot checks on Wednesday and Thursday after the restriction on shopping time was set by the state government and the Federal Government, effective from May 25.
