SEREMBAN: In the wake of Wildlife and National Parks Department (Perhilitan) officers shooting dead seven dusky langurs in Port Dickson recently, wildlife experts and animal lovers are urging for closer cooperation to prevent such incidents from happening again.
The experts said the protected leaf-eating species is an extremely shy primate and any aggression could have come from some form of provocation.
