Police on the hunt for duo who allegedly robbed jewellery shop in Seri Kembangan

SERDANG: Police are searching for two men who allegedly robbed a jewellery shop in Seri Kembangan on Saturday (May 22) afternoon.

Acting Serdang OCPD Supt Mohd Rosdi Daud said the incident occurred at 2.31pm.

"Two men of unknown race and age barged into the premises and broke the display case with a blunt object.

"They fled the scene with jewellery items," he said when contacted Sunday (May 23).

He said the two suspects were believed to have fled the scene on two motorcycles.

"We have classified the case as gang robbery under Section 395 of the Penal Code.

"We are in the midst of tracking down the suspects," he said.
