KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Mohd Nazifuddin Najib (pic), son of former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak, has been served a bankruptcy notice for failing to pay income tax amounting to RM37.6mil as ruled by the High Court here last July.
His lawyer, Wee Yeong Kang, when contacted, said the notice was served to his client on April 30 and an affidavit was filed to oppose the bankruptcy notice on May 6.
