MCO 3.0 violation: 25 nabbed at entertainment outlet in Penang


GEORGE TOWN: Twenty-five people, including three foreigners were nabbed in an entertainment centre that was operating despite the movement control order here.

A team of Penang police led by Asst Supt Norirwan Shah raided the centre at the Midlands Complex on Burma Road on Friday (May 14).

"Of the 25 people arrested, 21 were men, one local woman and three foreign women.

"Six of the men were workers at the entertainment centre," he said.

He added that all six tested positive for drugs.
