Johor Maqis seizes nearly 28 tonnes of carrots worth over RM75,000


ISKANDAR PUTERI: The Malaysian Quarantine and Inspection Services Department (Maqis) has seized about 27.9 tonnes of carrots worth RM75,800 at the Tanjung Pelepas Port here.

Johor Maqis director Hizzuan Hashim said the carrots were imported from China and were seized during a routine inspection at about 9.30am on Monday (April 26).
