Lost hikers found by other hikers in less than an hour

GEORGE TOWN: Two women spent less than an hour lost in the jungle at Bukit Cendana here before both were found by other hikers and rescued by the Fire and Rescue Department here Saturday (April 24).

Bagan Jermal Fire and Rescue Department operations officer Hassan Hussain said they had received a distress call from the victims at 12.48pm, saying that they were lost.
