Court sets May 31 to hear Pejuang's application to challenge inaction by Home Minister, ROS


KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): The High Court will hear on May 31 an application by Parti Pejuang Tanahair (Pejuang) to challenge the action of the Home Minister and the Registrar of Societies (RoS) for having yet to decide on its appeal to register the party.

Judge Datuk Ahmad Kamal Md Shahid set the date during case management on Thursday (April 17) in the presence of Pejuang counsel Muhammad Rafique Rashid Ali, , and Senior Federal Counsel Nik Isfahanie Tasnim Wan Ab Rahman representing Home Minister and ROS
