JASIN: Efforts to increase the population of Kedah Kelantan Elit (KK Elit) cattle should be given focus to avoid extinction and improve the breed through selective breeding.
Deputy Agriculture and Food Industry Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Hamzah said the maximum weight of the cattle could reach between 430kg and 460kg for males and 220kg and 250kg for females aged three to four years.
