KLUANG: The police have identified the woman who was recorded blocking a road to throw rubbish out of her car near a traffic light here.
Kluang OCPD Asst Comm Low Hang Seng said the incident took place at about 5pm on Friday (April 9) at a traffic light along Jalan Batu Pahat - Mersing.
