SHAH ALAM: The "Gang 24 Bukit Raja" crime syndicate has been recruiting students through blood initiations, says Selangor police chief Comm Datuk Arjunaidi Mohamed.
Comm Arjunaidi said that the police believe the gang lures students by promising them protection, power and money.
