KUCHING: Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) welcomes the Perikatan Nasional supreme council's offer of assistance for the coming state election.

"We thank them for the offer. If people want to help us, we welcome it. If people want to go against us, we will fight back," Chief Minister and GPS chairman Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg said after launching the Sarawak Rural Broadband Network on Tuesday (April 6).
