SEREMBAN: A construction company director was fined RM55,000 by the Sessions Court here after pleading guilty to a charge of allowing 11 illegal immigrants to enter and remain in his premises.
Judge Mohd Sabri Ismail ordered Chan Nan Chew to serve six months in jail if he was unable to pay the fine.
