KUALA LUMPUR: Users of smart meters and myTNB application will receive more benefits through the addition of new features as well as service upgrades by the fourth quarter, at the latest.
Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) project director Mohamed Ghous Ahmad said among the new features would be alerts on detection of supply disruption and periodic supply disruption.
