GEORGE TOWN: The Penang Island City Council (MBPP) will take stern action against a man who had allegedly thrown rubbish from his car onto a parking lot.
MBPP was responding to a viral video of a man who was seen cleaning his car and dumping a lot of rubbish next to where it was parked along Jalan Masjid Kapitan Keling here.
