KUALA LUMPUR: Not having a smartphone or a phone number is one of the issues hampering efforts to vaccinate the homeless community living in the heart of the city and the government has to find ways to address the problem, says MCA Youth chief Datuk Nicole Wong.
She also proposed that the government manually register the homeless for the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme.
