FOLLOWING the announcement that several cemeteries in the Kerian district will close during Qing Ming (Tomb-Sweeping Festival) in a bid to avoid violating Covid-19 standard operating procedure, many others in Perak have also decided to follow suit, reported Sin Chew Daily.
According to the Chinese Cemeteries Association of Perak, nearly half of the cemeteries in the state are expected not to be open to visitors for the festival this year.
