KUCHING: Sarawak reported 407 new Covid-19 cases on Friday (March 19), its highest daily figure since the pandemic started, and one death.
Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Amar Douglas Uggah Embas said 138 of the new cases were detainees at the Semuja immigration detention centre in Serian where a new cluster was declared on Thursday (March 18).
