Man rescued after falling into drain near Batu Feringghi


GEORGE TOWN: A man fell into a drain while crossing the road near a mosque in Batu Feringghi on Sunday (March 14).

Bagan Jermal Fire and Rescue Department operation officer Abdul Manaf Kadir said the 27-year-old man sustained minor injuries after falling into a 10-foot-deep drain in the incident that occurred at about 2:30pm.
