LANGKAWI: Glutinous rice grown by members of the Langkawi Area Farmers’ Organisation (PPK) will be the island’s signature product when it enters the market, says the Agriculture and Food Industries Minister.
Datuk Seri Dr Ronald Kiandee said the project to plant the glutinous rice, known as Pulut Legenda, was carried out two years ago and involved 326 participants.
