Tourism sector ‘focusing on maximising resources’

KUALA LUMPUR: The tourism industry is now focusing on maximising existing resources through ecotourism, rural and experiential tourism, and enhancing niche products, said Tourism, Arts and Culture Minister Datuk Seri Nancy Shukri.

The industry is also looking at expanding personalised travel packages to gradually revitalise the industry once borders are reopened, she added.
