SEPANG (Bernama): The Selangor state government is evaluating the need to hold a state assembly meeting despite not having an urgent need to do so during the current state of emergency, says Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari.
He said any need to hold an assembly session should first obtain the consent of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah as matters on the state assembly or Dewan Rakyat are provided for in the Emergency Ordinance signed by the King.
