GEORGE TOWN: A businessman cried tears of joy after escaping the gallows when the High Court here acquitted and discharged him of drug trafficking offences from four years ago without having his defence called.
Tang Chin Tart, 56, who was teary-eyed when met outside the court, said he was in jail for four years and was happy to be out.
