Covid-19: 2,461 new cases, eight more deaths bring total fatalities to 1,051


PETALING JAYA: Malaysia recorded 2,461 Covid-19 cases, on Saturday (Feb 20), bringing the cumulative total to 280,272.

In the same 24-hour period, there were eight fatalities, bringing the death toll to 1,051.

There were also 4,782 recoveries, which means 244,753 have recovered from the disease nationwide.

There are still 207 patients in intensive care units, with 91 requiring ventilation support.
