Over 9,000 people arrested, RM168mil worth of drugs seized in police ops nationwide


KUALA LUMPUR: A whopping RM168.26mil worth of drugs were seized while more than 9,000 people, including 28 civil servants, were arrested in various operations nationwide last month, says Comm Datuk Razarudin Husain (pic).

The Bukit Aman Narcotic Crime Investigation Department (NCID) director said among the drugs seized were 1,847.47kg of Erimin 5 worth RM142.31mil, 281.54kg of ganja worth RM700,000 and 209.79kg of syabu worth RM7.56mil.
